Does this Monday morning have you feeling distressed or stressed? Does the state of your affairs or the economy leave you with nagging anxiousness or constant worry?
Then sing.
As enemies were encamped around King David’s house, keeping watch in order to kill him, David sang. He sang out to God for he knew God’s power was bigger than his circumstances. He knew of God’s unfailing love and that God was his only place of true rest.
This Monday – sing.
Here's Sanctus Real to get you going as they "Sing".
As for me, I will sing about Your power. Each morning I will sing with joy about your unfailing love. For you have been my refuge, a place of safety when I am in distress. Psalm 59:16 NLT

love singing to my Jesus, in thick or thin.. Love singing to my Savior, who gives peace deep within!
Did I ever need to hear this today Alene!!!!! It's amazing how an early Monday morning trip to the dentist with less than perfect results can cripple my mind and make me forget the subject of the lesson I taught to my ladies Sunday school class yesterday. It was about PRAISING! And one of the many verses I used from Psalms was Psalm 9:2..."I will be glad and rejoice in thee: I will SING praise to thy name, O thou most High." !
Thank you Alene!
