In My Weakness

But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” 2 Corinthians 12:9 NIV

I’m reminded today that God uses my weaknesses for His glory. I will never be a perfect vessel. Thinking on the verse above, I realize if I were perfect it would not be good. I would be in control and God would have a hard time working through me. Yes, it is in my weakness that He shines all the brighter. Why is it so hard to thank God for my weaknesses?
